FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0004 Exception at 634f4923h

Hi all,

Why is it that everytime I opened a particular file it gives me this error "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0004 Exception at 634f4923h". I'm digitizing building footprints using create polygon then I save the file and open the same drawing file the following day this FATAL ERROR pops. I everytime save my drawing and open it the following day this error pops up.

Hi Fred,

From the error message, I suspect that the drawing files might have corrupted. Please use Map query to recover drawing file and for more details about the recovering procedure, please refer the below link:

If the problem still persists then I suspect the cause of this issue may be bcz of any of the following:
- Graphics driver corruption
- You have applied Map SP1.
- You have Raster Design, that may be causing this issue.
- Corruption in Map Installation.

Try the below suggestions:
- Download and install latest graphics driver from vendor's web site.
- Apply SP2 for Map from Autodesk web site. Note apply appropriate version of SP.
- If you have Raster and problem still persists, then Repair Raster Design.
- If you don't have Raster and problem still persists, either Repair Map or Reinstall Map.

Thanks for your help I think the problem is with my Raster Design I just re-install my Raster Design and that's it. Thanks again.
